*General Membership Meeting - We invite all members and residents within the ACHA boundaries to our General Membership meetings, in the Spring and Fall (this year, on May 13 and October 21).  The meeting is a great opportunity to join - we'll have BOD officers to greet you and process your membership - and to meet your neighbors.  We invite our local representatives, and discuss issues of concern to all of us who live in Aspen Hill.  We encourage you to attend in person at the Berman Hebrew Academy at 13300 Arctic Ave, Rockville, MD  20853.

BYLAWS | THE ASPEN HILL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.

"SECTION 10.  Attendance at Regular Board Meetings. If a Board member is absent from three Board meetings, without notice to the Board, in a single membership year, the Corresponding Secretary shall request an explanation. At the next regular meeting of the Board, the Board shall vote on whether to remove that absent member from the Board."
